The T.C Platform Rack 1800mm in black is the largest platform rack in the range, built for serious overhead storage on ute canopies or across two toolboxes. Designed to suit 1800mm and larger canopies, it gives you maximum length for ladders, long materials, and bulky gear.
M8 slotted cross bars run across the platform, giving you multiple mounting points for accessories and tie downs. The broad, flat deck helps keep loads stable and evenly spread across the canopy. A low-profile design helps reduce drag and wind noise, making it as practical on the highway as it is around town and on site.
Constructed from aluminium with a black powder-coated finish, this rack balances strength, durability, and weight.
It measures 1800x1315x85mm and weighs 34.6kg, providing a solid base without overloading the vehicle. The 300kg load rating is governed by the canopy’s roof load capacity, so you can load up confidently within the canopy’s limits.
Supplied pre-assembled with mounting brackets, only the brackets need to be fitted, streamlining installation. Absolutely not, they are identical in every way except Buy Now products are shipped within 2 days.

If you order a Pre-Order item AND a Buy Now item, the full order will be dispatched when the last item is ready for delivery.

Do we custom make, or alter our boxes?
No, we don’t offer custom-builds or modifications. All toolboxes and canopies in the TCX range come standard and are not available for alteration.
How do you fix boxes to the tray?
We always recommend using 4 x M10 Bolts with a minimum 37mm washer to ensure the weight distribution is spread evenly over a greater portion of the material. For our canopies, we only recommend bolting the canopies to trays.
Is the TCX canopy jack-off compatible?
Yes, the TCX canopy is jack-off compatible. You can easily remove it when you need full tray access or want to reduce weight, a practical feature built into the TCX range for flexibility across work and travel.
Is the TCX canopy compatible with aluminium toolboxes?
Yes, the TCX canopy can work alongside an aluminium toolbox for utes, especially when paired with products from the TCX range. The internal tower system allows you to configure your setup with drawers, shelves or toolboxes depending on how you use your ute.
Do you install?
Yes, we offer installation on all our products. We give installation quotes on a case-by-case basis, which depend on the tray and products.
